What a piece of work is
- One piece is one new article or one substantial update to an existing page. On Pro and Agency any mix is fine — even a month of updates only. Starter covers new articles.
- Your plan is capacity, not a quota. The approved plan decides what is worth doing; we don't create content just to use it up.
- Advice, a recommendation to leave a page unchanged, and small fixes such as link suggestions don't use a piece.
- Work that fails, or that misses the approved brief, doesn't count.
Good to know
- Founding offer: the first 20 paying accounts keep today's prices for 12 months.
- Refunds within 14 days of a site's first payment, for the part of the plan you haven't used.
- Capacity resets every month, including on yearly plans.
- A sensible pace: at most 5 pieces a week per Starter site and 15 per Pro or Agency site, so a month's work is spread out rather than published at once.
