Connects your site to Rankshoot, an external service, so articles you approve in Rankshoot are delivered as new posts, and — only if you allow it — approved updates are applied to existing posts.

== Description ==

This plugin sends data to and receives data from Rankshoot (https://rankshoot.com), an external service:

* At activation it sends your site key, home address, REST address, and plugin and WordPress versions to Rankshoot.
* After activation Rankshoot can, with signed requests only: read site information (versions, theme, SEO and builder plugins),
  read your posts and pages (content and read-only SEO title/description), create new posts from articles you approved,
  and — only after you tick "Allow Rankshoot to update existing posts" — replace the content of an existing block-editor post
  with an update you approved, and undo such an update.

Updates to existing posts are off by default. When allowed, an update is applied only if the post is exactly as it was when the
update was prepared; the post's other fields, dates, meta and SEO settings are left alone; and the previous content is kept so the
update can be undone. The plugin never adds anything to your pages, never changes SEO settings, never deletes posts, never changes
pages or posts built with a page builder, and never uses the WordPress batch endpoint. A kill switch and a read-only mode in Settings → Rankshoot take effect immediately.
Uninstalling removes everything the plugin stored, including its signing secret.

== Changelog ==

= 0.2.1 =
* Recent activity no longer shows a false "rejected_request / replay" after every request (WordPress checks access a second time to build its Allow header; that second check is no longer counted).

= 0.2.0 =
* Uninstalling also removes update records and kept previous versions.
* Updates to existing block-editor posts, off until the site owner allows them: applied only if the post is unchanged since the update was prepared, stored byte for byte as approved, and rolled back exactly while nobody has edited the post since. Pages, classic, footnote and page-builder posts are always handed over instead.

= 0.1.3 =
* A site that cannot reach Rankshoot during activation now gets a plain explanation; the technical reason is kept in Recent activity.

= 0.1.2 =
* Inventory can return specific posts by ID (read only), used to suggest links from your existing posts to new articles.

= 0.1.1 =
* Site map import: read-only canonical and noindex from Yoast / Rank Math, and the site-wide "discourage search engines" setting.

= 0.1.0 =
* First version: activation with site verification, signed requests, site info, inventory, create post, kill switch, read-only mode.
